Cho’ga - Chair (desk) Yoga
90 minute seated class.

In accommodating large team or corporate groups.

This dynamic is most inclusive for all capabilities and energy levels.

No standing or using the chair as a prop. These are all seated chair poses only.
 This program utilizes various styles of engagement to 

incorporate energetic stretching and powerful breathing techniques.
Benefits: Supports respiratory, nervous, and digestive systems, leading to mental clarity,

calm nerves, and improved digestion and elimination. Boosts overall body energy.
Impact: Adapts to individual capabilities. Achieving optimal balance in the mind body and spirit systems translates to enhanced lung health, mobility, and immune function.

In 2010, I founded Yoga Mobile Studio to bring yoga to those unable to attend local classes.

As a certified teacher in multiple holistic modalities,

I emphasize the union of body, mind, and spirit.

Additionally, as a certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach,

I bring a compassionate and nuanced understanding of health to my teaching.

For over 15 years, I have used these methods and tools both personally and professionally to

support the well-being first myself and subsequently of course my clients.

Breathing has been a lifelong challenge for me,

especially when living in some of the highest elevations on the planet

—making my daily 'get going quick' routine

essential for clarity, energy, and daily productivity.

Body Mind Soul.

Yoga Nidra 

​60 minute class is practiced lying down.

It incorporates props like pillows, blankets, bolsters,

and eye masks to ensure maximum comfort.
The goal is to reach a "hypnagogic state".

This is a unique state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.

This is achieved through guided by meditation.
Clinically proven, scientific studies have demonstrated that 30 minutes to 1 hour of Yoga Nidra

can be as restorative as 2-4 hours of regular sleep.
This practice equips individuals to better cope with everyday stress and,

with sustained dedication, and consistency have shown to be effective in addressing deeper emotional traumas.


The Veterans Association now extends these classes to their members, providing an opportunity to reap these invaluable benefits.
